It Is Never Too Late to Begin Again. It Is Only Too Late to Stop Believing.

After more than two decades in design, Shraddha Negi chose not to settle into experience. She chose to build something that carried her own story.
There comes a moment in every founder's life when experience is no longer enough.
The question becomes whether everything learned over the years will remain a career or become the foundation for something deeply personal.
For Shraddha Negi, that answer became Juicyverse.
After spending more than twenty years as a textile designer, she chose to build a women-centric, story-led fashion accessories brand from Uttarakhand. Every collection begins with a story, drawing inspiration from nature, travel, colour, and individuality. Rather than seeing fashion as something people simply wear, Juicyverse is built around the belief that it is an expression of identity, confidence, and creativity.

Designing More Than Products
This quarter marked an important chapter in that vision.
Shraddha reports crossing a new business milestone while serving a growing customer base and successfully repositioning Juicyverse into a story-led fashion accessories brand focused on bags and scarves. The brand also ranked among the top-performing businesses at the Unhu Startup Emporium, while new collections and a complete migration to Shopify began laying the foundation for its next phase of growth.
The journey also brought recognition beyond the business itself. Shraddha was selected as a Finalist for Haut Monde Mrs. India Worldwide Season 15 and as a recipient of the Uttarakhand Womenpreneur Award 2026. For her, these milestones are not the destination, but reminders to continue building with purpose.
Building a Brand People Want to Belong To
The next chapter is about creating a deeper relationship with customers.
Q3 is focused on launching a new Shopify experience, introducing fresh collections of embroidered bags, scarves, and new colourways shaped by customer insights, while expanding Juicyverse through Shopify, Amazon, the Unhu Startup Emporium, and strategic retail collaborations. Alongside these initiatives, Shraddha is strengthening the Juicyverse Tribe, a community-led approach to customer engagement that reflects her belief that lasting brands are built through relationships as much as products.
She is also investing in her personal brand, digital marketing systems, and customer acquisition to create a stronger long-term foundation for Juicyverse while using her platform as a finalist at Haut Monde Mrs. India Worldwide Season 15 to increase the brand's visibility.
Growing by Helping Others Grow
For Shraddha, entrepreneurship has never been an individual pursuit.
As Director – Growth (Dehradun) and Director – Governance (Delhi) within UNHU, she has helped founders through mentoring, structured support, referrals, collaborations, and the "Ask for Help – Growth" initiative. Beyond these responsibilities, she continues introducing entrepreneurs to the community, encouraging them to participate, and strengthening relationships across the ecosystem.
She believes UNHU transformed Juicyverse from an idea into a structured startup through mentorship, accountability, practical feedback, leadership opportunities, and a community where entrepreneurs learn from one another's lived experiences. It also gave her the confidence to think beyond being a designer and grow into the role of a founder.

"I hope to be recognized not just for what Juicyverse has achieved, but for the vision behind it... to inspire more women to dream fearlessly, and prove that it is never too late to start again."
The Courage to Begin Again
Recognition often celebrates milestones.
But behind every milestone is a decision that nobody else can make.
For Shraddha Negi, that decision was to begin again after an accomplished design career and build a brand that reflects her own ideas, values, and voice.
Juicyverse is growing through design, storytelling, and community. Yet perhaps its most enduring message reaches beyond fashion.
The right time to build something meaningful is not determined by where you are in your career.
It begins the moment you decide your experience deserves a story of its own.
