Small Changes, Same Week: The Instagram Session's Follow-Through

What founders did in the week after Khushi Gogia's Instagram growth session at the Unhu Breakfast Meet.
A week after Khushi Gogia's Instagram growth session at the Unhu Breakfast Meet, the follow-through showed up not as a spike in numbers but as a run of small, specific actions. Several founders opened their profiles the next morning and changed something, then logged the work on the Unhu app, where Inner Circle members track their progress and post their wins.
None of it was dramatic. The posts drew a handful of likes and a few dozen views each. What they shared was a shift in how these founders treated the free tools already sitting inside the app: Highlights, Trial Reels, bios, the account left dormant.
Sunita Singh reorganized the Story Highlights on Riyana Chikankala, her Lucknowi Chikankari label. She writes that she built categories around the family collection, customer reviews, craftsmanship, and the brand story, treating Highlights less as storage and more as a first impression. Her stated aim is to position the label as a family destination for authentic Chikankari.

Amita Roy worked through most of the session's playbook on INHANSS in a single stretch. Across several posts she reports reordering her main grid (saree look, founder story, client testimonial), rewriting her bio, posting four Trial Reels from existing content, and renaming her Highlights into customer-friendly sections such as Start Here, Style Guide, Reviews, and Meet Amita. In her words, the point was to stop treating Instagram's features as optional and start using them as a buyer's journey.
For Sunil Sharma, the win was starting at all. He describes an account inactive for months and a decision to reactivate it and clear out old posts rather than wait for the perfect content strategy. His plan, as he puts it, is one post at a time.

Abhinandana Sharma shipped a LinkedIn post and an updated Instagram bio on the same day. She reports 125 impressions in the days that followed, with 38 percent of them reaching accounts outside her existing network. The base is small, and she frames it as a start rather than a result.
Shivani Shukal took a slower route, exploring Instagram's Trial option and setting aside this week for a full review of her page layout. She notes that the real win is acting while the learning is still fresh, before an idea slides onto a someday list.
The common thread is not reach. It is that a session in a room turned into changes on a screen inside twenty-four hours. For a community built on founders learning from each other, that gap between hearing and doing is the number worth watching.
