After 218% Growth, the Next Target Is 300%: Inside an Interior Designer's Unhu Nomination

Most growth claims get more modest after a strong quarter. Nandini Kakkar's nomination form for Midziyo Interior Design Studio sets the next target higher than the one she just hit.

The Nomination
Kakkar, founder of the Dehradun-based interiors firm Midziyo Interior Design Studio, submitted her case to Unhu's nominations process on 26 June. The studio works across residential makeovers and commercial transformations, and writes that its goal is to design spaces around
"comfort, creativity, and connection."
The Numbers
Kakkar reports that the business recorded 218 percent growth in Q2 2026 over the previous quarter. Looking ahead, she has set an even more ambitious target of 300 percent growth in turnover for the next quarter, supported by three operational priorities: building a stronger team, improving the client management system, and streamlining task management.
The Community Side
Kakkar describes her Unhu contribution in terms of consistent participation rather than a single project: attending networking events, business meets, and chapter activities, and referring fellow members when relevant opportunities arise. She credits the network with helping her secure larger projects and writes that it strengthened her business growth by building credibility, fostering partnerships, and opening new markets. Asked why she should be recognized, Kakkar points to consistent growth and dedication, writing that the recognition would inspire her to keep contributing.
Notably, Midziyo's listed online presence runs through Google My Business, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Pinterest, a detail that makes the 35 lakh figure more striking, not less.
What's Next
Kakkar's nomination joins more than 50 others filed with Unhu this cycle, already mapped to categories from Healthcare to Fashion to Tech, alongside a quarter that, on her own numbers, more than tripled.
Whether Midziyo reaches its 300 percent target remains to be seen, but Kakkar has already shown that one strong quarter has become the starting point for the next, not the finish line.
