How Shraddha Negi Is Helping Women Reclaim Identity Through Design With Juicyverse

Some problems don’t announce themselves loudly.
They show up quietly — in wardrobes that feel repetitive, in milestones that pass without meaning, in moments where women slowly stop recognising themselves in what they wear.
Shraddha Negi noticed this long before it became a business idea.
And instead of calling it a fashion gap, she called it what it really was — a loss of identity.
That insight became Juicyverse, a design-led lifestyle brand under Design Studio Ikigai Designs (OPC) Private Limited.
The Problem Beneath Fashion

Fashion today offers plenty of choices — but very little meaning.
Mass-produced designs.
Predictable silhouettes.
Trends that blur individuality instead of celebrating it.
Shraddha realised that many women, especially those who are building their lives on their own terms, slowly lose touch with their personal identity while trying to “fit in.”
Juicyverse was created to reverse that.
Not to dress women.
But to help them honour who they are becoming.
Built for Modern, Self-Made Women
Juicyverse speaks to women who are intentional about their journey.
Women who:
Are modern and self-made
Value originality over mass trends
Want design that reflects milestones, not seasons
Choose confidence and meaning over conformity
These women don’t want ordinary fashion. They want pieces that carry emotion, story, and self-expression.
Juicyverse designs are meant to feel personal — not replaceable.
A Defining Milestone: Stepping Into the Physical World
One of Shraddha’s biggest milestones came with the opening of Juicyverse’s first retail outlet at one of the most premium locations in Dehradun — the Unhu Startup Emporium at Address One, Malsi.
For a design-led brand, this wasn’t just about visibility.
It meant:
Real customer interaction
Real feedback
Real validation
It marked Juicyverse’s transition from concept to presence — a moment where the brand could finally be experienced, not just seen.
The Early Struggle: Direction Before Design

Shraddha’s biggest challenge wasn’t creativity.
It was direction.
Building a brand without mentorship can feel like walking without a compass — especially in a space where design alone doesn’t guarantee sustainability.
That changed when she joined the UFC Community and later the Unhu Accelerator Program, under the mentorship of Kshitij Doval.
The shift was practical and grounding:
Clearer brand positioning
Better decision-making
Exposure to systems, not just ideas
Direction brought confidence.
Confidence brought momentum.
The Current Challenge: Systems Before Scale

Today, Juicyverse faces a very real founder’s challenge — structure.
While the vision is strong, the brand now needs:
Solid SOPs
Stronger financial systems
Operational discipline to support growth
Shraddha understands that creativity must be supported by systems if a brand is to scale sustainably.
And she’s choosing to build that foundation deliberately — not hurriedly.
Hunger to Grow: Quiet, Focused, Intentional
When asked how hungry she is to grow the brand, Shraddha’s answer is simple — 0.
Not out of complacency.
But because Juicyverse isn’t chasing aggressive scale or external validation. It is building depth before speed, identity before expansion.
Sometimes, restraint is the clearest sign of conviction.
Why Juicyverse’s Story Matters
Juicyverse is not just a lifestyle brand.
It is a reminder that:
Identity deserves space
Design can be personal again
And women don’t need to blend in to belong
Shraddha Negi’s journey shows that brands built with intention don’t need to shout — they resonate.
And in a world of sameness, resonance is rare.
