The knowledge was already there. What Q2 2026 made clear is how many people are finally asking for it.

Achintya Ayurveda and Vatsalya Lactation Centre's case for recognition

Vaidya Vijeta Shukla, the Dehradun-based Ayurveda doctor and certified Lactation Counsellor behind Achintya Ayurveda and Vatsalya Lactation Centre, writes that this quarter she supported over 70 new mothers through their breastfeeding journeys. She also conducted a dedicated Mother's Day session for pregnant and postpartum women, offering what she describes as evidence-based guidance and holistic support during one of the most significant phases of a woman's life. Behind those numbers: a Masters in Panchakarma, ten years of active practice in women's health and postpartum recovery, and a parallel specialization in chronic conditions ranging from migraine and hormonal disorders to gut health and insomnia, using Nadi Pariksha and Marma Chikitsa.

What the numbers say

Shukla reports 45% patient growth and 40% revenue growth in Q2 compared to Q1. The growth cuts across both sides of her practice: Ayurvedic treatment for chronic lifestyle disorders, and one-on-one lactation support for new mothers who need guidance that neither a hospital discharge sheet nor a search engine can adequately provide.

A member who also gives

Inside the Unhu Inner Circle, Shukla writes that she has attended most meets in the last six months and backed her presence with real business: WhatsApp automation through Pulkit Mittal, event management support from Chandni, staff training through Shanu, and multiple orders placed with Mona's Kitchen and So South, among others. She writes that she has found reliable service providers, built genuine collaborations, and grown her own network in the process. The participation runs both ways.

What she's building next

Q3 is focused on building a stronger community around women's health through more consultations, workshops, and digital education, alongside the launch of authentic Ayurveda products she writes will bring holistic care closer to everyday life.

"I believe recognition reflects consistent participation, meaningful impact, and a genuine commitment to growing together, and that's what I've strived to embody."

Your turn to write it down

Vaidya Vijeta Shukla has ten years on the board, 70 mothers supported in a single quarter, and a practice that grew 45% in patients across three months. She still filled in the nomination form. The form doesn't ask if you're famous enough. It asks what you built this quarter and who it helped. If you have an honest answer to that, the nomination is already written.

Recognition doesn't find you. You put it on the record.
