Walking into Unhu on my very first day felt like stepping straight into a high-energy universe of founders, dreamers, problem-solvers, and game-changers. I could literally feel the buzz — the kind that tells you, “Yes, this is where you’re meant to be!”
And the more time I spend here, the more I realise just how special this place truly is. Unhu isn’t just a workspace; it’s a catalyst — a driving force quietly but powerfully shaping the Uttarakhand start-up ecosystem. There’s something incredible about being part of a place that’s not only nurturing innovation but actively elevating an entire community of creators and entrepreneurs.
What makes it even more inspiring is the way Unhu operates with such effortless grandeur. Nothing is loud or overstated, yet everything — from the culture to the energy to the conversations happening in every corner — speaks volumes about its vision. It’s a space where ambition feels at home, where ideas get the wings they’ve been waiting for, and where you can’t help but feel that you’re contributing to something bigger than yourself.
Being here feels like being at the heart of Uttarakhand’s next big leap — and getting to witness that transformation from the inside is nothing short of amazing.

Instant Vibes, Instant Tribe
What made Day 1 even more special?
The people.
Unhu isn’t just a workspace — it’s a community. And I felt that from the moment I met:
Ria Verma (Community Manager) — my day-one hero! Warm, supportive, extremely patient. She walked me through the workflow like a true champion.
Karan Pant (Operations & Marketing Manager ) — senior, sharp, and super helpful. He explained the UFJ editorial flow, founder interviews, and how our stories plug directly into the Accelerator, OCMO & Business School ecosystem.
Within hours, I felt not like a newcomer — but like someone who belonged.
A Word with the Visionary — Mr. Kshitij Doval
I had the chance to speak with the man himself — the driving force behind Unhu.
Our conversation was fun, insightful, and sprinkled with real talk. We discussed:
How UFJ should become the place for meaningful founder stories
Content that not only inspires founders but opens doors to investment and elite training
The importance of founder self-awareness and market strength
And of course… his iconic analogies!
The 4pm Magic — Meetup at FounderCircle.com
A co-working space buzzing with founders, investors & mad energy.

At 4pm, the entire team shifted from work-mode to event-mode as we headed to TheCircle.Work one of the coolest founder-focused co-working spaces. The environment itself had this contagious startup electricity — every table had a dream brewing.
And guess what?
Key Speakers We Met
Mr. Uday Chatterjee — Angel Investor Extraordinaire
He spoke with such honesty and clarity about early-stage investing that the entire room just leaned in.
His philosophy?
He doesn’t just invest in pitches.
He invests in people — in passion, purpose, and the fire in a founder’s eyes.
He talked about resilience, surviving tough cycles, and how founders who stay strong in storms end up building legacies.
Mr. Kshitij Doval — Founder dropping wisdom bombs (again!)
At the meetup, he dove deeper into:
Product-Market Fit
Why founders must know their core strength
Why alignment is everything — in life, business, and partnerships
How building a startup isn’t about being flashy… it’s about being authentically strong
The way he simplified complex founder psychology was brilliant.
Why this day mattered?
Because it wasn’t just “Day 1 of a new job.”
It was the beginning of:
New stories.
New founders.
New opportunities.
New ideas.
New impact.
As Editor for UFJ, I occupy a unique intersection of observation and influence — a front-row seat to the evolution of founders who are not merely building companies, but redefining possibilities. These are individuals navigating complex terrains of investment, capability-building, acceleration, and strategic reinvention.
My work allows me to move beyond the surface of their ventures and into the architecture of their thinking — the convictions, uncertainties, and insights that shape their entrepreneurial arc. And through careful storytelling, I translate these raw elements into narratives with clarity and consequence.
Because when articulated well, a founder’s story can do more than inform; it can shift perception, catalyze opportunities, attract alignment, and set the stage for transformation. In ecosystems where momentum is everything, words can be the quiet force that changes the trajectory.
To contribute to that process — thoughtfully, critically, and creatively — is a privilege few roles afford.
Signing off with a knowing smile.
My first day at Unhu felt like joining a rocket ship mid-launch — loud, exciting, beautiful, slightly chaotic, and absolutely unforgettable.
And honestly…
I can’t wait for Day 2.
