Building Bonds Beyond Boundaries

On 15th October 2025, the Unhu Founders Community (UFC) hosted yet another powerful edition of its Online Baithak, bringing together 25 Inner Circle members on a vibrant Zoom call from 8:00 pm to 9:00 pm. What unfolded was not just a meeting, it was a dynamic exchange of ideas, opportunities, and real-time problem-solving that reflected the collaborative spirit of UFC Doon.

Collaboration in Action

The first half of the session (8:00–8:30 pm) was filled with open discussions where members shared challenges they were currently facing and the kinds of connections they were seeking within the community.

From recruitment hurdles and hiring needs to finding digital marketing support and cracking client acquisition, every founder brought forward genuine business queries. A few members also extended invitations to others for their upcoming Diwali exhibitions, making it a true cross-promotion moment among Doon-based founders.

What stood out most was how freely everyone contributed—not as competitors, but as collaborators, living the very ethos of what UFC represents: entrepreneurs helping entrepreneurs grow.

Spotlight Session with Dr. Sandeep Kaur

The second half (8:30–9:00 pm) featured a structured knowledge-sharing session led by Dr. Sandeep Kaur, founder of Dr. Kaur’s Homeopathy. Her presentation, “Myths and Misconceptions About Homeopathy,” was an eye-opener for many.

Dr. Kaur addressed the common belief that “homeopathy doesn’t work” and explained, with scientific clarity, how the treatment functions by stimulating the body’s immune response through symptom-similar medicines, a principle that helps strengthen white blood cells and fight diseases naturally.

She shared remarkable real-life case studies, including one emotional testimonial from a patient who credited Dr. Kaur for saving her life during a severe health crisis involving her legs and organ-related issues. Her story not only dispelled myths but also showcased how entrepreneurship in healthcare can be deeply transformative when rooted in purpose and compassion.

Learning, Feedback, and Growth

As the session concluded, participants filled out an anonymous feedback form, a tradition that ensures every voice is heard without hesitation. Members shared appreciation for the session’s structure and interactivity, along with constructive inputs on how future Baithaks could be even more impactful.

The Online Baithak once again proved that meaningful discussions don’t always need to happen in boardrooms, sometimes, they happen on Zoom calls where founders come together not to impress, but to express.

The Essence of UFC

Every UFC Baithak is a reminder that the strength of the Unhu Founders Community lies not just in numbers, but in genuine connections, peer learning, and mutual support. Whether online or offline, UFC continues to be the one space where entrepreneurs find solutions, build friendships, and shape the future of Uttarakhand’s startup ecosystem together.
