Crafting Presence, Power, and Persona: Kshitij Doval Mentors the Mr. Uttarakhand 2025 Cohort for Himalayan Buzz

Dehradun’s Iksana co-working space, second Floor, was buzzing with energy on 23rd November 2025 as Kshitij Doval — Founder & CEO of Unhu — conducted an exclusive masterclass from 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

This wasn’t just another grooming session; it was a key part of the official Mr. Uttarakhand 2025, a prestigious state-level pageant organized by Himalayan Buzz.

The platform has long been known for discovering new talent across the region, and this year’s cohort had the rare opportunity to learn directly from one of the country’s sharpest communication strategists.

The two-hour session brought together a group of driven contestants — all eager to refine the way they communicate, carry themselves, and connect with the world. Under Kshitij Doval’s guidance, the atmosphere shifted from competitive to collaborative, as participants learned to express authenticity, build presence, and translate personality into influence.

The Power of Authentic Communication

From the very beginning, Mr. Doval set the tone: communication is not about speaking for the sake of it—it’s about impact, presence, and authenticity. “Don’t speak just to fill silence,” he emphasized. Every interaction must carry an X factor—a quality that makes you memorable and persuasive.

He shared anecdotes from his personal journey, highlighting how persistence, self-awareness, and strategic communication have propelled his career. Participants were encouraged to explore interpersonal skills, learning to differentiate loyal friends from casual acquaintances, and to build meaningful connections in both personal and professional spheres.

The Science of Presence: Non-Verbal Mastery for Impact

A key focus of the session was non-verbal communication. Mr. Doval demonstrated how posture, breath control, and confident gestures can transform how others perceive you. He emphasized that knowing your own nature—strengths, weaknesses, and tendencies—is critical to projecting authenticity and confidence.

“Your presence speaks before your words. Master it.” -Mr. Doval

Interactive exercises allowed contestants to apply these principles in real-time, building confidence and self-awareness.

Interactive Learning in Action

The session was far from a one-way lecture. Participants engaged in debates on India’s development and discussed strategies for effective workouts, fostering a sense of inclusion and freedom. Mr. Doval also provided one-on-one feedback, delivering precise, constructive pointers that were both critical and encouraging.

Through these activities, contestants learned to:

  • Articulate effectively: Structure thoughts and speak persuasively.

  • Observe and execute: Learn from situations, analyze, and implement strategies.

  • Network strategically: Build relationships, create opportunities, and understand social dynamics.

Lessons Beyond Communication

Mr. Doval also shared broader life philosophies:

  • The Game of Power: Present yourself confidently, envision your goals, and master social dynamics.

  • Early Adulthood Matters: Life before 30 is a critical period to build habits, strengthen resilience, and sharpen observational skills.

  • Nature’s Lessons: Drawing inspiration from the animal kingdom, including the “teethy smile” as a sign of submission, he illustrated subtle cues of communication.

He emphasized that winners focus on what needs to be done, rather than what they merely wish to do—a principle crucial to achieving long-term success.

Performance-Driven Learnings for Contestants

By the end of the session, participants walked away with a comprehensive toolkit for personal and professional growth:

  1. Learn, Observe, Execute – The essential cycle for mastering skills.

  2. Fine-Tune Communication – Breath control, articulation, and posture matter.

  3. Network with Intent – Build meaningful relationships and opportunities.

  4. Develop a Strong Mindset – Mental resilience and discipline are critical.

Architecting the Next Level

Mr. Doval’s session was more than a masterclass—it was a blueprint for confidence, communication, and life mastery. Contestants left not only with practical skills but with renewed self-awareness and strategies to thrive in contests, careers, and life.

“Confidence is learned, observed, and executed. Master it, and the world opens up.” -Mr.Doval

The afternoon underscored one undeniable truth: success is crafted through deliberate practice, observation, and execution—lessons delivered with clarity, warmth, and unparalleled expertise by one of India’s finest communicators.
