There are moments in your career when stepping into a familiar place feels like stepping into your purpose. For me, today is exactly that day.
I’m Clemence Bernard, and I’m officially returning to Unhu Innovation Center — this time with a renewed role, a clearer mission, and an unstoppable excitement to build something extraordinary with and for the founders of India.
Walking back into Unhu feels less like a workplace and more like a homecoming. A place where ideas breathe, founders dream boldly, and where I feel — deeply and undeniably — that I belong.
A New Beginning With a Bigger Vision
What makes this return different? I’m stepping in not just as a team member, but as the Editor of Unhu Founder’s Journal, with the responsibility of documenting, spotlighting, and elevating the stories of founders who are shaping tomorrow.

The startup ecosystem is not just something I observe; it’s something I feel. I love the energy of early-stage builders, the chaos of ideation, the clarity of execution, and the fire that founders hold in their eyes when they talk about the problem they’re solving.
This ecosystem is my playground, my passion, and my responsibility.
And now, I get to turn that passion into powerful, discoverable, beautifully crafted narratives that give founders the recognition, visibility, and representation they deserve.
Championing Startups From Dehradun to All of India
Unhu has always been deeply rooted in Dehradun, and so am I. But my vision — our vision — stretches far beyond a single city.
I will be covering stories from:
Early-stage founders from Dehradun
Innovative startups rising across Uttarakhand
Powerful builders and disruptors across India
Because talent is everywhere. Brilliance is everywhere. Impactful ideas are everywhere. They just need someone to tell the world.
I’m here to become that voice.
My Mission: Give Founders the Distribution They Deserve
Every founder has a story. But not every founder gets the platform, visibility, or representation to tell it.
That changes now.
Through Founder Spotlight and Startup News, I will:
Craft narratives that feel alive
Make founder stories searchable and discoverable
Push their stories into the right distribution channels
Highlight innovations that deserve national attention
Bring a human voice into the digital noise
Startups don’t need another boring article. They need representation. They need advocacy .They need a voice.
And I’m here to be that voice.
The First Day of the New Journey
Today is my “Day One” again — but it feels different. This time, I’m not just joining a team. I’m stepping into a mission.
To make Unhu Founder’s Journal the most trusted, most creative, and most founder-friendly digital magazine in Uttarakhand and beyond.
To make startup stories not just readable, but shareable, memorable, and meaningful.
To build a platform that champions the underdogs, the early-builders, the risk-takers, and the change-makers.
This isn’t just work. This is calling. This is purpose. This is home.
If You’re a Founder Reading This…
If you're silently building something extraordinary, but the world doesn’t know your story yet — I want to hear it.
